Join us April 16!

Thank you for your interest in Fiesta 2021! Our team appreciates your support as we plan this event as safely as possible. As always, this event will include a silent and live auction, spirits sponsored by Watershed Distillery, a dinner by LA Catering, and video updates from Honduras with Bids for Kids. It will be the same amazing event, just with a few safety changes!

Walter Commons is a large space that can accommodate 250 people socially distanced. While we will not have that many attendees, we’ll have volunteers and indicators reminding people to stay six feet apart, in addition to several sanitizing stations.

All guests are expected to be fully masked throughout the duration of the event, except while eating and drinking. Dinner will be served by the LA Catering staff, who are fully protected and will be tested the week leading up to the event. Guests will be seated throughout the event, but will be able to walk up to the bar to order drinks while masked. We ask that all food and drink be consumed while you are seated at your table.

The silent auction will be once again virtual, allowing for attendees — joining virtually or in person — to view the items online from their phones or tablets at the event. Wifi is available at Walter Commons. Guests will be invited by table to view the items, but all bidding will happen on our virtual platform. All attendees will be given the auction information before the event.

All tables will be spaced six feet apart and can accommodate eight people. Households will be seated together. After you purchase a ticket, our team will contact you regarding seating.

Although regulations continue to change, it is our goal to be as transparent with our guests as possible. We appreciate your understanding, as we may have to make changes before April 16.

As a healthcare organization, MdL puts the safety of our guests as our top priority. You can reach our team with any questions or concerns at

Thank you for supporting Montaña de Luz and this life-changing mission! Our programming in Honduras depends on the success of this event, and we look forward to sharing the importance of our organization with you on April 16.
